DP120 Livestock Trailer

The DP120 range offers exceptional capacity, combining a substantial internal volume with a maximum gross weight of 3,500kg. A standout feature of the DP120 is its removable container, which transforms the trailer into a flatbed when detached—ideal for users requiring multi-purpose functionality.

Available in 10ft, 12ft, and 14ft body lengths, all models come with a standard 6ft headroom. The tri-axle configuration is optional on the 12ft version and comes as standard with the 14ft model. Customers can choose between the traditional livestock ramp or the EasyLoad ramp with folding deck system, designed to make upper deck loading quick and safe.

EasyLoad Deck System

Exclusively developed by Rollins Farm Trailers, the EasyLoad ramp and folding deck system simplifies the process of loading livestock onto the upper deck—removing the need for manual lifting of ramps or livestock handling.

When not in use, the deck folds away neatly, allowing the trailer to be used as standard for cattle and other livestock. All parts are securely stowed onboard, ensuring quick and convenient deployment. The system can be set up or folded down in minutes, with no tools or additional equipment required.

Once deployed, the EasyLoad ramp lifts smoothly into place with the help of twin gas struts, requiring minimal effort from the operator. Lowering the ramp is just as straightforward—simply use body weight to lower it and lock it safely into position.
