TA510 Livestock Trailer Range

The TA510 range from Rollins Farm Trailers delivers a high-specification solution for those requiring maximum payload and internal volume. Built to handle demanding livestock transport requirements, these trailers combine strength, capacity, and versatility.

Available in body lengths of 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, and now 16ft, the TA510 also offers a choice of internal headroom options at 4ft, 6ft, or 7ft. The 7ft headroom models can be fitted with an optional centre partition, making them suitable for transporting two horses up to 16.2hh.

All models across the range offer a maximum gross weight of 3,500kg, with payloads ranging between 1,950kg and 2,550kg, depending on size and specification. Customers can choose from standard rear ramp, combination ramp doors, or the advanced EasyLoad ramp and folding deck system.

Models from 10ft to 14ft come as standard with a twin axle beam (with tri-axle optional on 12ft and 14ft models). The 16ft trailer comes fitted with a tri-axle as standard. Key features include leaf spring suspension, a galvanised steel chassis, aluminium side panels, a heat-reflective roof, and a grip-faced aluminium rear ramp.

NEW – Enhanced EasyLoad Deck System

Exclusively developed by Rollins Farm Trailers, the latest EasyLoad system further simplifies the process of upper deck loading, no need for manual handling of livestock or awkward ramps.

When not in use, the folding deck stows neatly within the trailer, allowing full use of the lower deck for cattle or other livestock. All components are safely stored on board, ensuring quick, convenient access whenever needed. The system can be deployed or stowed in just minutes, without tools or specialist equipment.

Once the deck is in place, the EasyLoad ramp lifts smoothly into position with assistance from twin gas springs, requiring minimal effort. New for 2024, the ramp can now be unlocked and lowered without leaving the loading area, a significant upgrade in convenience and safety. Using body weight, the operator lowers the ramp and secures it in the stowed position with ease.
